Yandex.Metrika. We use this statistical tool to see and analyze the traffic and funnels on the XB Software website that allow us to provide high-quality and high-demanded content for our Users. Proprietary Lead tracking system. We use a lead tracking system to monitor where our leads are in the sales and marketing funnel that allows us to meet the requirements of our potential customers and move our leads to the next sale’s stage.

Pipedrive CRM. We use this tool for managing sales processes (emailing, forecasting, reporting). All collected information is confidential.

MailerLite. We use MailerLite to manage our email marketing subscriber list and to send emails to our subscribers. Email marketing. We can send two kinds of emails:

– personal correspondence or emails with invoices or business offersж

– emails for tracking how much traffic our newsletter emails send to our Site and we can track, at an individual level, whether the User has opened and clicked on it.
