Testing of Web-based Educator Developed Software
A program that helps educators work effectively in accordance with state and federal compliance requirements, increasing the quality of work performed. Educators should fill up, edit, store and share documents to use them together, schedule work and keep students’ details in accordance with commonly accepted standards.
Challenges Faced by the QA Team
The key challenge was to make paperwork easier and more comfortable in accordance with state and federal compliance requirements. That’s why our team was required to test the components Standards Based IEP, Common Core Standards as well as text templates to complete forms. Besides, we tested import and export functions in the program. We checked out document printing as a regular document, as a PDF file and as a blank form.
We also conducted cross browser and mobile testing. Our QA team tested data synchronization on serveral servers as well as the non stop product version. Upon completing, a test report was provided.
